In conversation with Kevin MacRitchie, President and CEO of Tactical Rehabilitation Inc. 

Q. How does Tactical Rehabilitation ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance when sourcing and supplying medical equipment?

Tactical Rehabilitation has a strong focus on compliance and quality to ensure we do not short step the many processes necessary to ensure quality products and solutions are at the forefront of our offerings.  Through our “Battle Tested” program administered through our Product Lifecycle Review Board, we are continuously looks for new solutions to improve our current product base and identify areas where we can partner with manufacturers to create new solutions that solve real-world meaningful health care problems making for a better life for our patients.

Q. What distinguishes your “battle-tested” products from others in the market, and how do they benefit your clients?

At Tactical Rehabilitation, we take a strategic approach to patient care through our Battle-Tested program. By collaborating with manufacturers and research teams, we rigorously test and validate solutions before implementation. This process ensures that every treatment option we provide has been proven to deliver positive outcomes. Additionally, we focus on identifying areas where multiple solutions can be combined to enhance patient support, accelerate recovery, and improve overall strength. Q. In which locations does Tactical Rehabilitation operate, and how do you manage to serve clients both nationally and internationally?

By leveraging satellite operations, we extend our reach beyond national borders, serving the international community as well. This structure allows us to provide high-quality rehabilitation solutions efficiently, regardless of location. Our widespread presence ensures that patients receive consistent care and access to innovative treatment options, no matter where they are. Through this strategic approach, we remain committed to delivering effective and accessible rehabilitation services on both a national and global scale.

Kevin MacRitchie, President & CEO

Kevin MacRitchie is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tactical Rehabilitation Inc., bringing over 35 years ofimage leadership experience across healthcare, education, government, and the IT industry. A visionary leader, Kevin seamlessly integrates technology-driven initiatives with high-quality medical devices to enhance patient outcomes. His dedication has earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious IFAH Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries award (2020-2022) and recognition as one of the World’s Top 20 Visionary Leaders Making an Impact in Healthcare (2023). Under his leadership, Tactical Rehabilitation has been honored as a Most Trusted Military Solutions Provider and The Best Place to Work (2023), reinforcing its reputation for excellence in serving military personnel and their families. Kevin excels in business turnaround and structuring organizations for rapid, profitable growth. Before leading Tactical Rehabilitation, Kevin was Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Engineering Officer at CCI Systems, Inc. There, he spearheaded a major market expansion, guiding CCI into the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Provider space. He played a key role in process optimization, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while developing top industry talent to enhance customer and partner value. Kevin’s career also includes 24 years at Cisco Systems, where he held multiple executive roles, including Vice President and CTO of Global Defense, Space, and Security, and Vice President of Cisco’s World-Wide Channels Organization. He was instrumental in launching Cisco TACOPS, addressing tactical communications needs during global disasters, and expanding Cisco’s presence into eight new markets, each surpassing $1 billion in annual sales. Additionally, he led anti-counterfeit efforts and established the Cisco Global Governmental Business Development Team to support defense sales worldwide.

Beyond his corporate endeavors, Kevin actively supports humanitarian and educational sectors, serving on the boards of Telecom4Good and Wingspan. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and the University of Waterloo. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Toledo, Kevin also dedicates his free time to serving as an active-duty Mounted Law Enforcement Officer and managing a horse and buffalo ranch, embracing his passion for the outdoors with his family.
