A Flexible and Open Curriculum
Vatel Schools have a five-year program. Students nonetheless can begin working after only three years of studies with the Bachelor Vatel, a State-certified degree which attests that specific hospitality related knowledge has been acquired and that students already have extensive experience. Jobs held by Bachelor Vatel degree holders include Quality Control Management, Facility Management, etc. At the end of the 2nd cycle, Vatel students find themselves working in jobs, after a 1 to 2 year trial period, such as Human Resources Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Marketing Manager, etc. The Vatel Curriculum is open to those holding an undergraduate degree in any major. The Foundation Year allows all students to obtain practical experience as well as operational management experience in the hospitality and international tourism sectors.
