Q. What was the motivation behind starting Thinc Forward?

The motivation was to build a best-in-class IT MSP that had unique product offerings to service an underserved vertical. There were a lot of MSPs out there that had not done a very good job offering all areas of services, ranging from carrier services to full service customized IT offerings.

All of Thinc Forward’s services are designed with security in mind. Any solutions we bring to the market go through rigorous security testing as well as vetting to make sure security is top of mind.

Q. How do you deal with the “never ending change” in digital transformation?

At Thinc Forward, we are always staying ahead of the curve. Our engineering staff is constantly analyzing, testing, and creating new products and offerings to keep pace with the market as well as stay ahead of the competition.

Q. Do you provide tailor-made solutions depending on the clients’ requirements?

All of Thinc Forward’s offerings can be customized or tailor-made to meet our client’s unique challenges and needs, whether that is an industry specific need or a custom need of a specific client.

Q. How do you market your services?

Our marketing is done through industry specific trade shows, contacts, word of mouth, client referrals, as well as via some traditional means.

Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?

Thinc Forward is always customizing its services so at any time there are always new product services ready to be launched.

Q. What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?

Thinc Forward is on a super growth mode trajectory. We are constantly looking for new opportunities through sales, M&A activity, and partnerships. Thinc Forward is poised for exceptional growth over the next year as well as many years to come.

Dan DiOrio, CEO, founded Telco Holdings Inc. (now Thinc Forward) in 2012 with the aim of providing technical, economic, and strategic business resources to help clients increase profitability and operational efficiency. Since that time, Dan has acquired multiple other companies and owns regional offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Ohio with more on the horizon. Under Dan’s leadership, the company has grown into a highly successful team of over 60 people delivering complex projects and building effective solutions across a wide array of clients.

Prior to founding Thinc Forward, Dan founded numerous other businesses with a proven track record of building new teams, developing services and practices, and then growing the organization to high profitability and eventual sale. His expertise spans negotiation, IT, network technology, fortune 500 consulting, telecommunications, and strategic partnerships with a mission to consistently provide superior service in cost reduction, security and compliance, and overall operational improvement. Dan has built and maintained key relationships in the industry for close to 30 years.
