Mr. Boucher has held a variety of HR positions throughout his successful career. He was given the opportunity to work as an HR business partner at the age of 21, just after graduating from college. A few years later, in his mid-20s, he was named as the CHRO. He served as the HR and Risk Manager for the Contra Costa Water District, the second-largest urban water district in Northern California, during his time as a CHRO. Following that, he was hired to work as the Port of Oakland’s Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing both the Oakland Sea Port and the Oakland International Airport, the second and fifth busiest airports in the San Francisco Bay Area, respectively. Through these positions, Mr. Boucher gained insight into the challenges faced by HR professionals and developed a comprehensive grasp of the sector.
Mr. Boucher is recognized as one of the country’s most distinguished and accomplished lawyers in all fields of practice of law.
