Q. When was U-Payments incorporated? Brief us about the journey so far.

U-Payments was founded in 2018, offering digital payment methods and Program Manager services. Since then, we decided to develop a regional fintech, expanding country by country in Latin America, offering payment services including issuing credit, debit, prepaid, and gift cards for private and government projects…with processing Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Program Manager, and several other digital products and services.

We consolidate and generate alliances, recruit the best talents, and develop high-performance work teams.

We offer tailor-made solutions to our clients, including payment services, issuing credit, debit, prepaid, and gift cards for private and government projects, as mentioned above.

Besides, we integrate the best capabilities of processors and FinTechs and offer program management and consulting services. We also collaborate in the landing of the clients' products and services, including major alliances.

Q. Where do you stand as a company in a crowd of competitors? And what are you doing to stay ahead of the curve?

We stand tall as a company. We do everything in our capacity to support our clients. Each client matters to us, and we get involved with them and their team. To overcome hurdles that bother our clients to advance further, we continue to focus on their business and technological processes.

Q. What are the factors that contribute to your success?

Our innovative Fintech Enablement Platform with significant capacity and strategic expansion, starting with our open banking development, majorly contributes to our success. Besides this, we attribute our success to the following factors:

Q. Where do you see your company a couple of years from now?

Having our consolidated regional expansion project in its first phase would be our priority. We will also be concentrating our efforts on collaborating in the social growth of the region through successful projects in social inclusion and financial education.

Last but not least, we will be going to the capital market to leverage in this way, development in vertical markets, country by country in Latin America.
