Q. Explain your services in brief.
We invest in real estate, mostly Multifamily and other commercial assets (Apartments), we also have a debt side (Lending). Hedge fund is where we hedge our investors’ monies for different opportunities whether it be real estate or buying out a company like “Chesapeake” the options are endless for us.
Q. How do you protect the interest of the investors? Brief us about your asset management system.
Well, we have many ways to protect our investors and one of those ways is we place their money in our holding accounts while setting there it makes X percent, then we hedge up to 80% of said monies, and turn around and invest those monies into real estate, tech, and as I said before strategically position ourselves to buy out companies like Chesapeake etc. and so on.
Q. How flexible is your services?
We listen to our investors’ wants and needs and invest accordingly; some guys might want to be a bit more aggressive than others.
Q. Tell us about your secret of success.
Out of all my ambitions and everything I have ever done. I have never listened to the old sayings of “you have to crawl before you can walk, and you have to learn how to walk before you can run.” As I have been told, one day, I just got up running and never have stopped. I can see nothing that can stop me from doing exactly what I have sought out to do. Will there be obstacles in the way, always! Just helps to build a better outcome, makes you learn and to keep moving forward.
Q. How do you market your services?
Word of mouth for the past 20 years and now we are just finally setting up our website.
Q. Can you tell us what the future path looks like for you?
We are looking forward to the arrival of our new daughter, and we will soon be completing our new home. Of course, we hope to continue growing our real estate empire, and after that, who knows? Maybe I will run for office and try to change the world on my own. I could possibly start out as the next mayor of Fort Worth.
Q. What are your trajectories for the next 5 years?
To be larger than Blackstone!
