Managed IT Services: The Worry-Free IT Agent™ monitors systems, runs routine maintenance, provides virus/ransom ware protection, updates system software, and allows secure remote access for quick remote issue resolution. The clients will gain peace-of-mind that the security solution is able to protect the clients’ data and networks in any and every condition.

The team work with and support all major business applications including Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, E-Mail Solutions, Security software, Engineering and Design software, Quickbooks, etc. Design, install and administer custom networks. The team optimizes internet service, configure firewall and security, setup and administer databases, setup and configure remote access and VPN solutions, and manage virtual servers. 

Support for popular hosted solutions such as AWS, Microsoft 365, (Azure, Sharepoint) Hosted Exchange, G Suite,VOIP solutions, Teleconferencing (ZOOM, MS Teams, Google Meet) and file sharing solutions. The team handles deployment and configuration of 3rd party solution providers including ISPs, phone providers, data cabling, and document management solutions.

The Vulnerability Management program offers a holistic view of the clients’ organization's systems and assets, providing monthly vulnerability scanning, reporting, and remediation. Additionally, the Application Security program integrates security testing into the clients’ Secure SDLC, enabling early detection and resolution of vulnerabilities. Annual Penetration Testing exercises further help identify potential risks before they escalate. To achieve and maintain compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, the Governance, Risk, and Compliance services tailor Policies and Procedures to the clients’ specific environment. The team also creates and maintains customer-facing resources for compliance reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.

In managing vendor and employee relationships, the team maintains an accurate inventory of all partners and vendors, along with their contracts. The approved vendor management process facilitates efficient and secure business dealings. Collaborating with HR, the team develops onboarding and offboarding processes aligned with the clients’ company's Policies and Procedures. Additionally, the new hire security training and onboarding processes are designed to protect the clients’ company from data breaches, fostering a secure and resilient organizational culture

Matt Ventura founded Ventura Tech in early 2001. After receiving a BA in Electronic Communications from the University of San Francisco, and several years of Systems and Network Administration with Bay Area firms, he discovered a need for quality IT support in today’s work environment. Matt takes pride in delivering service based on dedication, honesty, good communication and unmatched commitment to each and every one of Ventura Tech's customers.
