Kathy O’Shaughnessy is a co-founder of Yellow Brick Systems. She is a business-focused technology leader and strategist. She has a track record of success in bridging the divide between business challenges and technology solutions, most recently at Yale University. Over the course of her career, Kathy consistently and successfully has solved complex business problems with a mix of process and technology solutions.

Kathy holds an MBA from Columbia University School of Business.

Jeff Bohanek is a co-founder of Yellow Brick Systems. He is a systems architect with more than 15 years of IT consulting, management, and software development experience. Throughout his career, Jeff has focused on understanding an organization's business needs and then creating technical solutions to meet those needs.He has held both consulting and permanent positions at companies such as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Time Inc. As lead architect for Salesforce CRM at Time Inc., Jeff designed and implemented a highly customized solution – fully integrated with back-end systems – that provided Time Inc.’s national field sales with complete account intelligence and account management tools.

Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
