Here’s what we’re building: Over the next 24 months, we’re bringing together approximately 200 Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty broker-owners into a single public company. This isn’t a typical acquisition where you sell and walk away. It’s what we call a “double exit strategy”—broker-owners exchange ownership in their individual companies for stock in the combined entity while continuing to operate their businesses and keep 100% of their income.
The Numbers behind the Vision
Currently, we have about 70 Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty locations generating $200 million in combined revenue. Our goal is to add another 100 or so locations, bringing total revenue to approximately $500 million. Combining this with our Indy Agent Recruiting, Income well exceeds $1 Billion. And since a significant chunk of our income is generated from predictable recurring revenue vs how our competition makes money… we should do better than good at the multiple come IPO Day. Unlike the Indy Real Estate Agents and Teams, the Brokerage Locations pay an annual licensing fee which is where the recurring revenue stream comes from.
What makes this compelling for Wall Street is our efficiency and productivity. While most publicly traded real estate companies average $50,000 per agent annually, Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty is generating close to $300,000 per agent annually. That kind of productivity differential combined with the recurring revenue model drives valuations.
