Founded in 2005 as a Delaware, USA company, Krixi Corporation (“Krixi”) is a multi-shore, debt-free, profitable and employee owned corporation focused exclusively on providing thought leadership in designing, developing and deploying

With this precise focus, in 2006, the Krixi team created the first ever 100% web based platform for the remote evaluation and treatment of acute medical conditions like stroke. Talking about its differentiating factor, Krixi Care offers a comprehensive suite of 16 telemedicine modules, each providing state of the art medical image review capabilities, decision support, automatic documentation and outcomes management. In addition, Krixi Care is the only telemedicine platform that provides advanced multi-party audio/video conferencing capabilities with real-time annotation capabilities as well as Pan, Tilt and Zoom controls, all controlled remotely without the
use of any proprietary hardware and software. All these capabilities are available on the web as well as on mobile devices. In 2006, its team was responsible for designing the first ever commercial web based telestroke platform.

Meet the Executive Duo
Sandeep Agate, CEO: Sandeep Agate is the President and CEO of Krixi Corp. and is responsible for the company’s overall vision, mission and execution of its corporate strategy. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in healthcare and cloud based services, Sandeep was the founding President and CEO of REACH Call, Inc., now REACH Health. Sandeep, along with most of the Krixi leadership, successfully built the first ever commercial cloud-based telemedicine and telestroke
service in the United States, creating 25+ telemedicine networks of 110+ hospitals in 9 States in the USA in just 3+ years. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kent State University.
Dan Fitzpatrick, President, Americas: As one of the founding partners of Krixi Care, Dan Fitzpatrick has more than 25 years of healthcare business development leadership experience to leverage in his role at Krixi. Dan has served as the Sr. Director of Strategic Development at Ergotron, a Nortek company, as President of Anton Bauer, a Vitec company, as SVP of Sales & Marketing and founding Partner of Flo healthcare, an Emerson company, and further as President of Fitzpatrick Findings, a business development consultancy for healthcare technology companies. Dan holds a BAS from the University of
Wisconsin, Eau Claire, with an emphasis in History and Economics.
