Knowing the thought leader

Antony B Adaikalam, Founder

Antony started his business career with Bass Biz in 2011, which offers accounting, internal auditing, tax consulting, statutory compliance, business registration support and CFO services. Apart from HRLabz, he is also the founder of jOKERfiBER, an ultrafast internet service provider through FTTH.

He is the founding member of Startup Clinic Foundation, a forum which brings budding entrepreneurs, business owners, mentors, angel investors and venture capitalist to discuss, network and pitch ideas.

He has completed B.sc, Mathematics in Bishop Heber College followed by an MBA in Finance at SRM School of Management. In the initial stages of his career, he was an Executive in Madras Management Association from 2009 to 2011. He later worked for a year as an Accounting consultant at Smart Air Sea Logistics PVT LTD. Now it has been more than seven years since the company started and is now seeing a new horizon. Surely the pace at which the firm is growing, it will create a mark in history.
