BullseyePerformance (BEPMS) – This employee performance development solution includes a full range of appraisal structures and social communication features. It is configurable to an organization’s specific needs. BullseyeCompensation – Released in the fourth quarter of 2014, enables organizations to plan merit raises and cash bonus compensation that are dependent on performance appraisal ratings and are subject to bonus constraints.

Meet the Management Team
Adeel Zaidi, CEO – With over 20 years of experience in the automotive supply industry with Fiat SpA, Handy & Harman and Behr GmbH, in the United States and Europe, and entrepreneurial experience acquiring, growing and selling a business in the health care industry. He has a deep understanding of P&L management, strategic planning and business development.
Tony Maresca, CFO – Prior to joining Bullseye in 2012, Tony had been CFO of ACR Group, a publicly-traded HVAC distributor, for 17 years before its purchase in 2007, after which he was President of the company until 2010. He directed the acquisition and integration of 13 companies into ACR as the company developed from a startup to a $250 million in annual revenues at the time it was acquired.
Shahid Abbasi, CTO – Shahid has over 20 years’ experience in software development and implementation of global enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. He started his own company in 2000, providing technology consulting and software development services. In 2008 he combined his company with Bullseye in order to devote his full energies to the development of Bullseye’s human capital management software solutions.
