Samuel J. Villanti, President and CEO: Sam joined UTC RETAIL as President and CEO in 1998 and led the management buy-out of UTC from Tridex Corporation in 2000. Sam has more than twenty years of management experience in the Point of Service industry. Sam previously held leadership positions with Axiohm IPB, Price Waterhouse Management Consulting Services and NCR Corporation. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and a member of the Board of Directors with Ontario County United Way and Flower City Habitat for Humanity.
Karen L. F. Palmer – Vice President and CFO: Karen joined UTC RETAIL in 1997. Prior to joining UTC, Karen was the CFO of Edicon Systems Division, Eastman Technology Corp. Throughout her career she has held a variety of accounting and financial positions. Karen has more than twenty years of financial management experience.
