2016 50 Best Companies to Watch

Empowering users to build online forms and workflow solutions: PerfectForms, Inc.

“From a single Cloud license to enterprise installations, from small business owners to CIOs, PerfectForms serves a diverse customer base with its simple, yet powerful, web-based development platform.”

PerfectForms, Inc., founded in 2008, was developed to empower business users to build online form and workflow solutions, without coding. If the power to address a workflow challenge is in the hands of the person with the most knowledge of the requirements, then reliance on IT resources is reduced, delivery speed is improved and the need for detailed documentation is eliminated. Initially, PerfectForms
focused on simple online form solutions and surveys but expanded to cover more robust workflow and data integration requirements, as customer needs evolved.

“We serve a diverse customer base, from single licenses in the Cloud to enterprise installations at Fortune 100 companies,” said Paula Selvidge, PerfectForms CEO. “With PerfectForms, our customers can build a wide range of form and workflow solutions using our intuitive, drag-and-drop designer. Customers across industries reach out to us with a diverse set of workflow automation challenges,” she emphasized.

Human resources and financial processes are perhaps the most obvious uses for workflow automation with PerfectForms. Processes like employee onboarding, time tracking, expense reporting, and invoicing are often the first to be automated. A customer may need an online form with simple workflow requirements, or they may need a robust workflow application that integrates data across systems. PerfectForms can handle both. Generally speaking, if a business process includes data collection, data integration, workflow compliance or reporting, then it’s a great candidate for automation using PerfectForms.

Form and Workflow Apps Made Easy
One of the most important advantages of PerfectForms as an application development platform is that anyone can build online forms, workflow solutions, and reports without having to write any code. Simply drag and drop to design a pixel-perfect user interface, map the workflow, integrate with other systems and build reports – all without coding.

With PerfectForms solutions, you can:

  • Reduce dependence on technical resources
  • Minimize development and deployment time
  • Easily modify and scale solutions to meet changing requirements
  • Enforce workflow compliance
