What lies ahead
Team Nano plans to announce an initial public offering (IPO) in the coming year and has mandated investment banks Kotak Mahindra Capital Company and India Infoline to manage the issue. Promoted by first generation entrepreneur Dhruv Pandey, the company could raise over Rs 500- Rs 600 crore in the issue. “It will take us at least one year as we have just initiated the process,” said Dhruv, when contacted by The Silicon Review.
