In the early 2000’s, when a number of open source technologies were picking up steam, Treselle decided to use Java as the backend technology and select few open source technologies that customers wanted to use to build IT projects. As business grew and the company’s work got recognized, its clients requested Treselle to build abreadth of technical skills so they could work with one partner to complete their projects. Treselle then added competencies and talent in databases, front-end, testing, project management, mobile and others as it grew.

Treselle is presently focused in three areas – Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Enterprise technology integration, having built several products and projects in these emerging technology areas for its clients. Founded in 2004, Treselle is headquartered in Campbell, California. It also has offices in Durham (North Carolina), London, Chennai and Singapore.

Meet the Key Executives

Sudharsan (Suda) Madabusi – President & CEO
Sudharsan Madabusi has been the President and CEO of Treselle Systems since co-founding the company in 2004. He has more than 23 years of marketing, sales, engineering, and operations expertise. Sudharsan is responsible for sales, marketing, and client relationships at Treselle.

Prior to this role, he worked at Cisco Systems for more than 8 years. At Cisco, Sudharsan operated in senior engineering and marketing managerial roles and his engineering team was responsible for the design, quality assurance, and maintenance of several router product families. These products generated more than $2 Billion over their lifetime. Sudharsan graduated with a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from US and a B.S in Electrical Engineering from India.

Raghavan M – Managing Director and VP of Engineering
Raghavan is one of the co-founders of Treselle Systems. He has over 20 years of experience in software product development, technology services, & IT infrastructure. Raghavan has managed and overseen global delivery model based projects spanning across many team members in many countries. Raghavan possesses many industry standard certifications and is a PMP certified professional, Certified Scrum Master and an Oracle SOA Certified Architect.

Raghavan is responsible for managing Treselle’s engineering division as well as facilitating client interactions at the executive level. He has previously worked for Deutsche Bank in Germany and for several years in US at technology startups and at Weider Publications. Raghavan graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science.

Sethuraman M – Managing Director and VP of Operations
Sethuraman is one of the co-founders of Treselle Systems. He has over 23 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations. Prior to co-founding Treselle, Sethuraman worked at a reputed, large manufacturing firm in India overseeing accounts, finance, and vendor relations.

Sethuraman is responsible for finance and operations at Treselle Systems. Sethuraman graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
