Nagesh Srini, Founder & CEO- A thought leader, Nagesh has managed Ideaon divisions and business units in India and the United States. Since founding Ideaon in 2002 as President, he has been instrumental in formulating the company’s strategy, global delivery, marketing and sales, human resources, business development, client services, building and managing the organization’s development centers in India and USA. As CEO, Nagesh is holding business development, operational and advisory roles at Ideaon Group.
Nagesh brings total 25 years of Engineering and IT Industry experience. Before founding Ideaon in 2002, he was the Regional Head (South) of Time Mauser (Germany) in India, and subsequently joined Fortuna Technologies, USA. Previously, Nagesh led his career at Alcobex holding key positions in Marketing, Strategic Planning and Business Development in India and the USA.
Shankar Krishna, COO- Shankar surprisingly started his life in Finance before stepping in Ad industry. With more than two decades of corporate experience in Finance, Advertising, Marketing and IT Services, Shankar has been engaged in delivery and management of Ideaon operations from their HQ in Concord, CA. Shankar wears multiple hats within the organization as the Chief Problem Solver. “In a small organization, one needs to focus on business development all the time”, he says. Ideaon develops Content, Custom eLearning and Training modules and provides end to end services on creation, hosting and delivery of courses to and on behalf of clients.
