Nagesh brings total 25 years of Engineering and IT Industry experience. Before founding Ideaon in 2002, he was the Regional Head (South) of Time Mauser (Germany) in India, and subsequently joined Fortuna Technologies, USA. Previously, Nagesh led his career at Alcobex holding key positions in Marketing, Strategic Planning and Business Development in India and the USA.

Shankar Krishna, COO- Shankar surprisingly started his life in Finance before stepping in Ad industry. With more than two decades of corporate experience in Finance, Advertising, Marketing and IT Services, Shankar has been engaged in delivery and management of Ideaon operations from their HQ in Concord, CA. Shankar wears multiple hats within the organization as the Chief Problem Solver. “In a small organization, one needs to focus on business development all the time”, he says.
