FMS provides a robust Financial Software solution based on current Microsoft technology, including General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payroll, Human Resources, and Time & Attendance.
Government Software Solutions (GSS) – GSS offers a suite of software infrastructure solutions that improves the access to, and efficiency of, local government services. This software includes but is not limited to: Construction Permitting, Zoning, Property Maintenance, Land Use, Periodic Inspection, and Civic Tracking.

Mitch’s exceptional ability to forge strong relationships and his focus on sound business practices has propelled the company to a leadership position in the software industry. Prior to starting the Company, Mitch was partner-in-charge of consulting for a four-state region at what is now KPMG, a Big Four public accounting firm. Mitch founded MH&Co. in 1977.
