Started in 2009, the company is proud of having helped several of clients transform their Operations and IT to make it an enabler for their company’s growth.  As examples, they prepared the Operations and IT strategy for Religare Finvest Ltd (a financial services company).  Also helped Religare evaluate and select their Loan Management System.  For Hamdard (a FMCG company), they did the evaluation and selection for the automation of the secondary sales function – including helping them with the Commercial and Contractual negotiations with the selected vendor – and then did the Program Management to deploy the secondary sales system at over 150 point of sale locations across the country. For ILBS (a hospital), we helped strategize the Healthcare IT applications (HIS, EMR/EHR, PACS, Telemedicine, BI, ERP, mobile apps and internet apps), prepared the “to-be” Process Workflows for all the processes of the hospital, prepared the business requirements documents for all the functional areas of the hospital and prepared the RFP Tender document for inviting proposals for the IT Applications. For MetLife (a insurance company), we helped prepare the International IT Strategy Blueprint and the e-Servicing Strategy document for their UK & Europe region.

Amit Kumar, CEO  & Cofounder- Amit has over 26 years of IT experience mainly in the Banking, Insurance, Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. He has worked in various countries for organizations, such as Citibank, N.A., Avco Financial Services (later Associates Financial Services and then Citifinancial), Max New York Life Insurance and Max Healthcare Institute.
He has held leadership positions as IT Head/CIO/Group CIO/Regional CIO for 11 years. 
Amit earned his B.Tech. from IIT, Kanpur with post graduation in Computer Science from University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY, USA.

Dipan Bhattacharyya, Director and Co-Founder- Dipan has about 25 years of IT experience mainly in the Banking, Insurance and Internet sectors. He has worked for organizations, such as ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Citibank, N.A, GE Capital BPMSL, Sify and ibibo. Dipan has held leadership positions as Head of IT Operations/CTO/CIO for over nine years. He is a B.Tech. from BHU, India with a MBA from IIM, Calcutta.

Tom Schwaninger, Principal Consultant- Tom has about 30 years of IT experience in industries, such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Biotech/Pharma, Manufacturing & Distribution and Supply-Chain Management. He has worked for organizations, such as Metlife, New York Life International, Aetna International, Wells Fargo/First Interstate Bank, American Red Cross and Technicolor. Tom has significant global experience having worked in the US and international markets, such as China (Hong Kong), India, Mexico, etc. He has held leadership positions as CIO for over 17 years. Tom earned a BS in Computer Science from Purdue University and an MBA from Stanford University.
