Dr. Sunny Dronawat has over 25 years of experience in Entrepreneurship and Leadership. He is President of Samiteon, an IT Services company and a partner in Bellwether Corp, a software company for Procurement Management, besides being a partner in Pita Pit of Louisville, a restaurant chain in Louisville. Dr Sunny is a University of Louisville alumni with a Ph.D. in Engineering and MBA in Entrepreneurship and has won awards from various institutions, such as being selected by Business First of Louisville’s “Top Forty under 40” managers in Louisville and Kentucky Colonel and has been bestowed with the MOSAIC award for being an outstanding immigrant in Louisville. With an appreciable history of community service and involvement as a member of the Board of Kentucky State Park and Indian Community Foundation, he is also a Leadership Louisville Graduate.
RANDY SAGAR- CO-FOUNDER and CHAIRMAN
Mr Randy Sagar is a 30 year tenured, well known and respected executive in the acquiring space. Mr. Sagar has directed the NPC brand as well as the Bank of America Merchant Services brand for 20 plus years, leading NPC’s/BAMS Independent Sales Channels. Also while NPC was under National City banks ownership, he led the National City Bank branch structure in the acquiring space. Mr. Sagar was the executive in charge of all agent business during the multiple sales of the NPC/BAMS brands with the combined multiple sales totaling more than 2 billion dollars. Randy is Six Sigma black belt trained and has served on multiple Electronic Transaction Association committees’ writing multiple white papers for the ETA. He attended The University of Louisville, and is Armed Forces decorated veteran with an honorable discharge.
