The Leadership Team

IP Pathways was founded by Joe Shields (President) and Wade Brower (EVP). Over the years, Joe has established strong partnerships with leading manufacturers in the industry to combine systems design and professional services expertise to deliver best-in-class technology to suit business needs and budget. Wade on the other hand has been responsible for building the company story and marketing programs. Sean Lair was a new addition to the IP Pathways team in 2008 and serves as the company’s Vice President of Engineering & Consulting Services. He oversees all engineering related activities including technical presales, field implementations, and technical support. In addition to managing the engineering teams, he also serves as a senior level technical resource for the company and still participates in highly complex solution designs.
