Swift Pace Solutions Inc. is a Dallas-based IT services company founded in
December 2013. Prior to the formation of Swift Pace Solutions Inc., the business was known as BN Solutions Inc. that mainly served the big market in the IT sector. After spending few years in the industry the management noticed that there was a lot of potential in the mid-market sector as it was an untapped market in the IT industry. With this view of serving mid-market IT sector the management decided to start to re-launch the business as Swift Pace Solutions Inc from BN.

The company’s outlook is to revolutionize IT services by finding ways to provide IT services with increased quality, keep it as cost effective as possible and to provide end to end solutions to almost all possible emerging IT needs of businesses. It believes in creating value for its customers which is an intangible asset and the company is already achieving good results and hopes to obtain more in the future. The need to maintain business in the forefront and to create monopolistic market has played a key role in creating business process disruption while unlocking new IT requirements on which the future of Swift Pace Solutions relies.

What do you feel are the reasons behind your products’ popularity?
We believe in ensuring quality and effectiveness in our work, and communicate these qualities with our partners and clients as well. Our track record has been effective communication with our partners to ensure the project is on track as well as meets guidelines and expectations of our clients and partners. Clear and concise communications lead to accountability and higher success rate as well as build trust and understanding. This understanding with our clients and partners help us tailor our services to target the right need of our client and partners and help them meet their goals set with the particular project.

What were the grounds on which you have expanded your company and its offerings over the years?
We are in the run for constantly improving processes and trying to simplify it as much as possible
keeping quality and affordable price point intact.

Oracle payroll product is the current in high demand of our clients. Some of our clients initially had shifted to SAP HCM but now we see them asking us to reinsert the Oracle payroll system.

Another product that we are excited about is Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c. The 12c has features like load balancing/ failover, multitenant and federal information processing standards (FIPS) 140 cryptographic processing mode that is favored by most fortune 500 companies. Hence, companies who are looking for ways to upgrading their existing cloud are excited about the Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c. Some other products that we are excited about is Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) as Sustainability is a new trend in the market. For companies that highly focus on finding sustainable solutions i.e. they want to get more lean which can be achieved by PLM as it helps to reducing touch points, unwinds complex process, decreases expenses which were spent on wrong methods and maintain as well as maintain quality standards appropriately. We believe the current Oracle Service Cloud for Customer Service and Analytics will soon be the next big thing under the Oracle platform.

How do you and your company contribute to the global IT platform and society at large?
Swift Pace tailors its services to meet the IT needs of the mid-market group, which is our niche. When proving IT consultation and services to our customers it really comes down to understanding the purpose of our company which is not to make enormous profit, or wait for markets to improve but in selflessly serving our clients i.e. to provide efficient IT services and solutions at an affordable price point. We call this as going an extra mile and this differentiates us from the others to a large extent. With our commitment and passion to serve the mid-market without thinking about enormous profitability but emphasizing more on ensuring that we are serving our customers what we have contracted with them to do.

Do you have any new products ready to be/getting ready to be rolled out into the market?
We have entered into partnership with SAP, increasing it offering to its clients who are looking at options in ERP and Predictive Analytics. With the breadth of services that Swift Pace Solutions offers currently, SAP partnership adds more dimensions especially in areas of Mobility, cloud based solutions and Analytics. SAP Hana which has set the bar high with its in-memory computing that has revolutionized the relational Database Industry leveraged with the knowledge and expertise of Swift Pace Solutions consulting would provide our clients with the ability to do multiple activities on a single platform.

Where do you see you and your company a couple of years from now?
In future, we look to incorporating sustainability with our IT processes. We currently are motivating our
clients to adopt Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with which they are able to produce an IT business model consisting of a sustainable process without altering the efficiency and quality of the process.

Prasad Chilakamarri, Senior Vice President, Business Development: Prasad Chilakamarri is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 20 years of business experience in IT consulting. Prior to joining Swift Pace Solutions he founded JP consulting Inc., an IT staffing and consulting company with successful operations for over 16 years. His background covers a strong and in depth diversity in IT consulting model and corporate methodologies that allow him to implement change in many different environments. His engineering experience also includes leadership roles in companies like National Semiconductor, Atmel, and IBM. He has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Arkansas.
