The Silicon Review
“We provide world-class customer support through several different options.”
Test management process has many beneficials including shipping high quality products that meet customer needs. To achieve this goal, it’s essential that teams work within a proven process framework. Competition among software suppliers to develop the best products in the shortest amount of time is leading to an increasing need for highly developed test management processes. As test teams work with development teams to ship finished products within tighter deadlines, the test management process has become the focus of attention. Ultimately, with the right focus, effective test management processes will not only increase customer satisfaction, but will lead to smoother and more consistent projects.
To build real-time test management products was a necessity that is when Zephyr came into picture, which had a motto to support the software quality initiatives of its global customers, thereby allowing them to be more responsive and make better decisions, faster.

To break new ground
Zephyr worked in the testing space for more than 20 years and had the chance to work with a variety of solutions in the market. We noticed that all of those tools were still missing capabilities that would allow Dev/QA teams to align their initiatives and work in sync, so we decided to build it ourselves. A lot of other factors influenced this decision, including the global outsourcing of IT/Dev/QA, increasing adoption of Agile/DevOps methods, and enterprises migrating to the Cloud. Testing had to catch up, and we’re proud to provide them responsive and affordable test management products that can grow and scale with them as their processes evolve.
Why bank on Zephyr?
Our customers drive our product roadmaps. We constantly solicit feedback from our customers to ensure our products are aligned with how their software development and delivery processes are evolving. We have customer advisory boards and customer editorial boards that have influenced our product offerings and company vision.

“We feel that we effectively solve a prominent pain point in the industry. Teams need to transition from Waterfall/Legacy methods to Agile/DevOps if they want to be successful in this market – and that transition is extremely difficult to make. We offer solutions that allow organizations to gradually make this move to new processes, so they can continue to work with methods that are stable and mature while experimenting with new ones, simultaneously.”
Your consistence growth as an organization
“We have our customers to thank for our growth and we take their feedback extremely seriously. They have direct influence over our product roadmap, and we think that two-way communication has been vital to our continued growth. Helping them solve their problems is our number one priority.”
Chronicle on topical product
“We actually just released our latest product at the beginning of April called Zephyr Platform that provides complete control and customization across the entire SDLC. Our analytics engine was completely redesigned to integrate with our new Predictive Analytics add-on so project teams can identify problems before they occur, and we’ve also developed a new DevOps add-on so users have complete usability and visibility across their tooling pipeline. Our goal was to build a solution that would play an integral role at every stage of the software creation process, and we’re proud to provide a product that allows our customers to seamlessly integrate all of their tools in one consolidated platform.”
