The Silicon Review
InfiniteIO makes hybrid cloud storage simple and fast, enabling enterprises, research organizations, and media companies to analyze, optimize, and scale management of billions of files without disruption. Customers and partners can start in minutes to maximize capacity and improve performance simultaneously. As enterprises unify the cloud and vast amounts of data to support insights and growth, InfiniteIO ensures business information flows to people and apps that need it the most.
With InfiniteIO, one can use real-time analytics and management of metadata to simultaneously increase the performance and optimize the capacity of storage on-premises and in the cloud, without making changes to existing enterprise users, applications, or storage systems.
Analyze: Clients can get smarter about their data center and multi-clouds to automate and improve data management as their enterprise evolves.
Optimize: Clients can instantly accelerate application performance and simultaneously move cold data to low-cost cloud storage with uninterrupted access.
Scale: Clients can unlock value from billions of files and petabytes of data, but skip the stubs, symbolic links, extra file systems, and gateways that add complexity, stress, and cost.
InfiniteIO is a networked storage controller solution designed to minimize storage cost and accelerate performance throughout hybrid cloud infrastructure, without disrupting existing IT operations. Customers and partners can start optimizing storage performance in minutes and move inactive (cold) data to the low-cost private or public cloud. All the while avoiding changes to existing users, applications and underlying storage systems.
Cloud Enablement: The company helps to support existing workloads moving to the cloud by making associated files transparently available to people and applications regardless of location.
Simplified Data Tiering: It provides instant, automated data movement to low-cost private/public cloud storage and migrates data to multiple clouds with zero impact to operations.
Performance Optimization: One can immediately gain real-time insight on network traffic patterns and optimize performance for on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud storage.
Capacity Planning: Clients can quickly assess hybrid cloud storage utilization with automatic migration of hot/cold data.
Backup Optimization: It helps to reduce backup capacity and window to protect data while slashing capex and opex.
Network-Based Storage Controller: Clients can gain real-time intelligence to automate data management. They can instantly move cold or inactive data to any cloud storage to save money and extend the life of existing IT assets. It helps to accelerate performance everywhere in the hybrid cloud, without making changes to existing users, applications or storage systems.
Metadata Accelerator: It helps to maximize performance for new initiatives such as AI, machine learning, and simulations by reducing storage latency from milliseconds to microseconds. Clients can outperform an all-flash array with existing storage to increase productivity and extend the life of their IT investments.
