Just as the arrival of the connected car is already changing how carmakers will operate in the future, the advent of the digital truck will completely transform how freight is transported on the world’s highways. Thanks to a combination of new technologies, trucks will move down the road guided by a wealth of information from transportation infrastructure and other vehicles, improving utilization through remote maintenance, increasing efficiency, and boosting safety.

In view of the above mentioned, we are delighted to present LTX Solutions, a tech-enabled freight management platform.

The company was established in 2009 and is headquartered in West Midtown Atlanta, GA.

Interview Excerpt: Adam McDaniel, Founder/CEO

Why was the company set up? And how did you expand your company and its offerings over the years?

LTX has grown tremendously over the years and solved many challenges along the way. The company assists its clients in customizing technology applications surrounding the freight transportation arena along with lowering their overall shipping costs. LTX aims to improve time, cost, and effort for all of its clients.

How successful was your first project roll on? Share the experience.

My first large project was for Agility Americas. I was fortunate enough to manage the Hitachi hard drive account for all domestic distribution. I learned a ton and was largely successful thanks to a great team.

What kind of mixed responses have you received from your consumers over the years? How have they motivated you to shape your offerings/grow the company?

We have had many faces over the years from warehousing to owning trucks/trailers to building technology applications. Every step of the way has shaped what we know now and what we want to do in the future. We are proud of what we have accomplished while also knowing we have a long way to go to achieve our ultimate goals.

“Earning trust and respect of consumers all around the world is through consistent focus on delivering high quality in all of our actions.” How do you interpret this statement?

We strive to be the best for all of our clients. We spend countless hours creating ideas to further advance our clients in their business because we want to be the best partner possible. I would say if you can provide trust through execution and ability for your clients then you can make it in this insatiable society. High-quality products lead to further engagements. Small agreements lead to big agreements.

Fostering a culture of feedback is crucial to the success of every organization. How is this true for your company?

We have a very open culture at LTX. My door is always open. We expect our employees to act as if they are entrepreneurs as well. How can we lower expenses, gain more clients, keep current clients, and improve productivity? These are questions employees are tasked to answer and refresh constantly.

If you have to list five factors that have been/are the biggest asset to your organization, what would they be and why?

Adaptability is by far number one – We have shown through time that businesses evolve just like individuals do.

We have to be flexible to make it – Sustainability allows us to produce consistent content and products for our clients.

An attitude of gratitude is our mantra – We are a service based company so we need to earn our clients’ business every single day.

Progress, not perfection – No one is perfect but all should be able to progress.

Lastly, competitiveness – We have a large number of ex-athletes who have the tenacity to win. We strive to be great every single day.

We are building cutting edge tech every day. We hope to build algorithmic applications that help lower costs and improve service for a much broader customer base. Moving our tech platforms away from antiquated software integration tools and into the new age helps us build faster and improve our platform daily.

Do you have any new products ready to be/getting ready to be launched?

We are finalizing our cloud-based ERP program as we speak. It’s taken over a year to create but will be one of the best platforms, in our space, available. We couldn’t be more proud.

As a question on sustainability, where do you see your company a couple of years from now?

We think we can create one of the largest firms in our specific niche space. We have the gumption and attitude to build with also understanding the technology arena. Our tech stack is advanced and we are extremely young for where we are today. We hope to continue to revolutionize the industry where we reside.
