“We Are On a Mission to Make the Internet Your New Secure Corporate Network”: Zscaler

thesiliconreview-jay-chaudhry-ceo-zscaler-18

Back in the day when your users were all on the network and your applications resided in your physical data center, it made sense to establish a secure perimeter around your network. But those days are over, the perimeter is gone, and network security is all but irrelevant.

Instead, you need to put your defenses and controls where the connections occur— the internet — so that every connection is fast and secure, no matter how or where users connect or where their applications reside.

By moving applications and infrastructure to the cloud and untethering employees from their desks, you can realize tremendous advantages in productivity, agility, and cost containment. With our 100% cloud built secure platform, Zscaler can help you make the move to the cloud, securely.

Securing the Global 2000

Organizations running the world’s most complex networks are those that most quickly realize the benefits of Zscaler cloud-delivered security as a service.

Siemens, for example, use Zscaler to secure all the traffic of its 350,000 users in more than 180 countries. In the UK, National Health Services secures more than a million users through the Zscaler cloud. And MCNC, the educational network in North Carolina, runs 53 Gbps of bandwidth through Zscaler in support of its 1.2 million users.

Zscaler customers, whether they’re supporting a lot of users, a lot of locations, a lot of bandwidth, or all of the above, rely on Zscaler to secure all their connections and provide the scale they need to operate efficiently and keep users happy and productive.

In the past Admins needed to segment networks to ensure secure user connections. Today, enterprises use ZPA to control which users access which applications. Admins can easily set granular policies at the application level for specific users, users groups, applications, application groups and associated subdomains.
