thesiliconreview-pankaj-malviya-founder-ceo-pulpstream-2017It’s a rare business that can’t find a few opportunities to streamline internal business processes. After all, any business activity can accumulate complexity over time as an organization evolves. In addition, a process may become irrelevant as business models change, yet retain its grip on a company. And some processes may involve multiple hand-offs and re-entering data, slowing cycle time and increasing exposure to human error.

Cloud-based software is proven technologies that can help companies streamline their operations. In particular, organizations can deploy a range of cloud-based software offerings to help them on their way. Here are three ways cloud-based operating platforms can streamline business processes.

Cloud based platform is feasible and in demand by all the businesses to simplify business disaster recovery, adapt to the business changes, and to streamline business process. To bring in more advancements to the companies across the world Pulpstream was originated in 2015.

Pulpstream is a software platform that empowers enterprises to re-engineer how they create value without relying on an IT department. Its solutions empower business leaders to align departments across geographies and adapt to change at digital speed. Its low-code application development platform abstracts the complexity of building enterprise applications by reimagining business processes as malleable work Streams™ that live in the cloud.

Pulpstream’s Incipiency

Pulpstream was founded to help companies streamline operations by creating efficiencies in their business processes. Businesses shouldn’t be held back by the tools they use to manage operations. Its platform empowers businesses to re-engineer the value they create at digital speed without relying on an IT department. It empowers business leaders to deliver cloud-based solutions on web and native mobile in weeks. Multinational business must evolve faster than ever to succeed in the age of the digital world.

Adumbrate of debut product and its success

Pulpstream launched its namesake Pulpstream platform in 2015 to help companies digitize their operation processes. One of the first customers to use the platform was a Walnut Creek-based company called Central, Pet & Garden Nasdaq (listed). It is one of America’s leading manufacturing and distribution companies, conducting commerce with major retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe’s and Walmart. The company has more than 50 locations in the US, as well as contracts with pet and garden supply companies in the United Kingdom. Pulpstream partnered with the company to evolve its environment, health, and safety programs, which impact about 5,000 employees. The company digitized the company’s health and safety processes, such as incident investigations and site assessments, into work Streams™ that are available on any mobile device, as well as the web. The result was that it increased the accuracy of investigations, and gave executives transparency into the company’s operations across the country.

The first project roll out went very well. Employees were able to use the device of their preference to access their personalized version of the Pulpstream application, even in areas with no cell service. Now that the company’s environment, health, and safety programs have been digitized, its business leaders can evolve operations to adapt to changes in workforce, policy, or technology in real time.

Syndicate’s diversification

Over the years, it has had significant shifts in the businesses. For example, almost everyone in the workforce carries a mobile phone. But many of the processes that they need to complete at work rely on paper, pdfs, or email. It has watched this occur and shaped the platform to streamline operations, with a focus on distributed workforces. Pulpstream was founded with the goal of allowing businesses to rapidly launch applications that digitize these processes and make them available on any mobile device, anywhere in the world. It started with its platform and began working with customers to build Industry solutions.

Come hell or high water

One of the formative challenges for anybody selling a software platform is that customers are seeking a solution. Meanwhile, it was a selling a platform. The company solved that problem by creating a comprehensive set of solutions that help people understand how Pulpstream can solve a variety of business problems. A second challenge that the firm faced during its initial years was that a platform is applicable to many verticals and use cases, which can make it hard to fully grasp. When you can build anything, sometimes the biggest challenge can know where to start. This year, it is focusing on delivering solutions for process-centric use cases to specific verticals, so it can partner with more companies.
