A One-stop Web and mobile enabled platform for all telemedicine and telehealth needs: Krixi Care

“Thought leadership in cloud and mobility applications since 2005.”

Founded in 2005 as a Delaware, USA company, Krixi Corporation (“Krixi”) is a multi-shore, debt-free, profitable and employee owned corporation focused exclusively on providing thought leadership in designing, developing and deploying
innovative, disruptive technology and business models in the United States and other countries. With this precise focus, in 2006, the Krixi team created the first ever 100% web based platform for the remote evaluation and treatment of acute medical conditions like stroke. Since then, it is privileged to have played a small part in making a difference in thousands of lives in the United States and Singapore.

Talking about its differentiating factor, Krixi Care offers a comprehensive suite of 16 telemedicine modules, each providing state of the art medical image review capabilities, decision support, automatic documentation and outcomes management. In addition, Krixi Care is the only telemedicine platform that provides advanced multi-party audio/video conferencing capabilities with real-time annotation capabilities as well as Pan, Tilt and Zoom controls, all controlled remotely without the
use of any proprietary hardware and software. All these capabilities are available on the web as well as on mobile devices. In 2006, its team was responsible for designing the first ever commercial web based telestroke platform.

Management at its Best
Krixi is not just a standard telemedicine platform, but also includes comprehensive and scalable features that allow
medical professionals to produce real time consult reports, collect data and produce on-demand support documents.

Benefits for Patients: Krixi Care provides immediate access to quality care. By eliminating the need for unnecessary transfers, patients have access to quality care, close to home, where it should be! With lesser onset to treatment time, Krixi Care enables better clinical outcomes.

Benefits for Physicians: Designed by physicians, for physicians, Krixi Care is a comprehensive decision support tool that seamlessly integrates with a physician’s workflow. Physicians can now take calls from anywhere with absolutely no travel or lost opportunity costs for taking calls. Krixi Care enables physicians to conduct easy, reimbursible consults with reduced medico legal risks.

Benefits for Hospitals: With absolutely no hardware to buy or software to install, Krixi Care helps increase the hospital’s revenue streams and achieve rapid ROI. With reduced cost of ownership and 24 x 7 access to specialists, Krixi Care enables hospitals to make a significant positive impact on their communities.

The Future Sight
The Founder and CEO, Sandeep Agate says, “Our labs are driven entirely by our physicians’ needs. We listen to our customers, understand their pain points and then go back to our labs to design solutions that meet their challenges. We view our mandate as not one that is focused on creating technology, but rather to leverage technology to create disruptive models of delivery of care.”

“Our most recent enhancements to our audio/video capabilities, which now including multi-party conferences with real-time annotations, for example, were driven by one of our customer’s needs to leverage telemedicine during real-time, robotic colorectal surgery. This is, to the best of our knowledge, the first time this has been done using a telemedicine platform that is entirely web and mobile based, without the need for any proprietary hardware or software.”

The Happy Clients

Founders words: “We typically target hospitals of any size and in any location and physician practices who wish to provide telemedicine or telehealth consultations to patients at home. National Neuroscience Institute, Changi General Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital – all in Singapore are some of our larger clients.”

“In November 2015, we completed 5 years of 100% service uptime in our Singapore based telemedicine network. Since 2010, neurologists at the National Neuroscience Institute in Singapore have treated over 38% of patients in some of the largest and newest hospitals in Singapore. Compare that with the US national average of 2 – 8%. Singapore is a very urban, advanced country but it is simply not feasible for neurologists in that country to waste critical time driving from one hospital to another. Krixi Care has empowered Singapore based neurologists, such as Dr. Rajinder Singh, to revolutionize the delivery of quality care to acute stroke patients. Based on this track record, we feel we have exceeded the expectations of our customers and their patients!”
