LiveNX: A Complete Solution for Managing Network Performance in Complex Environments
LiveNX is a network performance management solution to help simplify the complexity of monitoring, analyzing, and configuring technology areas such as: Quality of Experience, NetFlow, WAN, and SD-WAN. It provides comprehensive end-to-end situational awareness of your network to accurately perform configuration changes that is unique within the industry. It enables users to quickly gain a deeper understanding, greater visualization, and a higher performing network, while decreasing your total cost of ownership.

LiveNX fills growing gaps faced by IT departments for both the public sector as well as private sector enterprises across a variety of industries, including Government, Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, Transportation, Energy, Utilities, Professional Services, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Media and Entertainment, and Hospitality.

The intuitive and interactive user interface is designed to closely mimic the mental model that network managers have of their infrastructure and the flow of applications and services over that infrastructure. This makes the discovery, identification, and resolution of network performance issues easier and faster. Maps of devices create a visualization of the network, from the intricacies of a single physical device to multi-layer topological information on connections, traffic, and routes. Network elements and links using color cues and graphic images indicate status and alarms.

With LiveNX, network managers are able to quickly and effectively solve today’s real network management challenges, specifically in the area of application performance. LiveNX’s rich, intuitive and visual interface enables IT teams to quickly resolve business-critical performance issues in their network.

LiveAction provides scalability, dashboard and site-based reporting, enhanced filter and search, 360-degree report view, and highly correlated workflows to quickly resolve business critical performance issues in your WAN, SaaS and cloud application, MPLS or DMVPN links, converged wired and wireless, video, VoIP, surveillance cameras, and BYOD devices.

In addition, LiveNX is the recommended monitoring platform for SD-WAN deployments. It provides visualization, and historical playback of path changes across the network topology, Out-of-Policy (OOP) reasons triggering route changes, and the resulting impact on application traffic associated with those route changes, can be identified and resolved.

LiveAction allows you to control your complex enterprise network by:

  • Monitoring and analyzing traffic.
  • Troubleshooting network and application problems.
  • Resolving issues by leveraging Cisco advanced technologies such as QoS, LAN Switching, Routing, NetFlow, FnF, NBAR2, Medianet, AVC, PfR, and IP SLA.

Realize the Full Potential of Your Network Investment: LiveAction partners with leading network equipment manufacturers to provide the visibility necessary to understand and manage today’s enterprise network complexity.

LiveAction and Cisco TechnologyPartnership: LiveAction is the Cisco Intelligent WAN management platform providing visualization of PfR path changes across the network topology, Out-of-Policy (OOP)reasons triggering PfR route changes, and the resulting application traffic associated with those PfR route changes.

LiveAction has worked closely with Cisco to develop a simple and intuitive way to deploy and manage the latest Cisco technologies such as NetFlow, Performance Monitoring,QoS, AVC, PfR, and IWAN.
