Walt Zipperman, CEO & Founder
He is one of the two founders of the company. He has held top roles, such as President, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Sales, at a variety of similar ERP/Consulting companies for the prior 15 years. Organizations include Computer Science Corporation, Xerox Computer Services and Computer Task Group. Walt earned his undergraduate degree in Business from University of Arizona and MBA from the University of Santa Clara. He is a Board Member of the Eller School of Business at University of Arizona and teaches a graduate level class in ERP Selection and Implementation.

Deborah Arnold, President & Co-Founder
She is President and co-founder of the company. She is responsible for defining strategy through marketing for DAZ services, Cloud and software-related sales into Oracles largest prospect base across North America. Prior to her current role, Deborah acquired her expertise in ERP systems over a 30-year period with Xerox Computer Services, McCormack & Dodge, and many start up organizations. She worked in Implementation/Design and Sales, then Sales Management. With early and frequent success in selling ERP solutions, Deborah has helped build a thriving ERP practice at DAZ, which has grown to a major partner in the Oracle PartnerNetwork and embraced by Oracle. She earned her degree at the University of Wisconsin and is certified as a CPIM.
