Over the years, he has been an integral part of the company while working closely with the top management in charting growth strategy by understanding his customer’s perspective through emphasis on discovery.

In his previous roles, Rick has served in hands on technology, leadership and executive positions at Architel Systems Corporation, Nortel Networks, MetaSolv, and Concept wave. He has worked with service providers around the globe, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges facing the service provider industry. Rick carries over 20 years of Technology and Telecommunications experience which has been widely recognized for his creative mindset and visionary leadership.

Rick has served on government initiatives, industry advisory boards, and charitable and community organizations. He has notably also held board positions on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment authority of Virginia as well as the Center for Innovation and Technology of Virginia. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and has attended the Executive leadership program at MIT.
