Burger King’s Chief Financial Officer – Josh Kobza is given a new task. This task involves new technology that will help the firm grow. The Decision makers feel it’s time to put in some efforts on the digital and technical factors of the company.  The CEO feels that technology is the most critical part of today’s consumer business. In order to gain more customers, it is essential to have a firm grip over technology. So the company is now working at an intense pace. Its been many months since technology has been added to all three of its concepts namely, Burger King, Tim Hortons and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. This project is ranging from delivery, customer satisfaction, and loyalty programs and more.

The “Burger King of Tomorrow” is what they call it and this new technology will benefit both outside and inside of the stores. Mainly the firm is focusing on building a digital integration for all its guests to improve sales. They also call it their evolution and the company might have some amazing changes in the future.  The changes will come inside the restaurants and outside as well. There will be a lot of new technology in these restaurants that will give a better experience for all the consumers. Let us see what happens in the future for the King of Burgers.
