Pranab Sinha Named as the New ...Pranab Sinha is all set to step in as the new Chief information officer (CIO) of Genesys. The company made an official announcement regarding its new CIO. Sinha will now lead the IT organization of the firms globally. He is all set to make spearheading strategies, which will drive innovative technologies, operational efficiencies, and customer-employee satisfaction.
PranabSinha, who is having an experience of 20 years in the field of information technology, is mainly focusing on the security and operational resiliency of the company. Sinha previously was the chief information officer at MACOM Technology solutions holdings, Inc. and has served as vice president of Seagate Technology prior to joining Genesys.
Sinha stated that “What attracted me to Genesys is the incredible opportunity to spearhead technology-driven change and optimize internal operations while working alongside an extraordinary team of executives and IT professionals. PranabSinha will be taking responsibility as CIO by the end of August and he is mainly focusing to build up operational efficiency and bring in new technologies and innovations in the field of information technology.
