Most renowned climate management company tado° has launched a new Software as a Service (SaaS) product called tado° 360. This product remotely monitors the health of heating systems which are present in the home and also allows the engineers to enact faster, more efficient repairs and ease maintenance. It also helps “comprehensively monitor” systems to work 24/7.
This is a new trend-setting service, which also monitors metrics such as water pressure, pump speed, and other error codes using the tado° Smart Thermostat, which allows a two-way connection that is digitalized between the boiler and the control. This service also uses lot of algorithms to provide predictive maintenance.
Yoann Martin, director of product and engineering at Kaluza, stated that “tado°’s products had great potential to decarbonize the European heating market by enabling tech-centric customer propositions; tado° 360 demonstrates how smart software has the power to solve efficiency challenges at scale and transform the customer experience.”
The company also said that the technology can reduce customer callouts from two to one, which helps in reducing the cost of heating repairs. This new software service by the firm will not only reduce the repair cost but also will help to improve the metric system. Alongside it will also provide predictive maintenance of the machines.
