QA Deal: Israel-based Qualitest Joins Hands with India-based QA InfoTech

Qualitest announces the acquisition of India-based independent quality assurance company QA InfoTech. The acquisition is expected to expand Qualitest’s existing automation testing capabilities, nearly tripling capacity for its offshore delivery customer service model. The sum of the deal was not disclosed.

Qualitest is an Israel-based software testing and quality assurance company.

CEO of Qualitest, Norm Merritt, said in a statement: “QA InfoTech shares a vision with Qualitest to help our clients significantly increase their speed to market through automation.” The statement was issued to CTech (by Calcalist), an Israeli daily business newspaper.

“The QA InfoTech team’s automation expertise will augment our existing offerings to increase our clients’ deployment velocity while increasing our testing accuracy. Together, we can collectively leverage our core competencies to deliver the most innovative, practical, and flexible automation solutions available,” he said.

CEO of QA InfoTech, Mukesh Sharma, said: “With our combined testing expertise and unique focus on effective automation, we will together be able to offer comprehensive, holistic testing services to enable customer success.” He was quoted as saying by the newspaper.

According to the company’s LinkedIn page, Qualitest is the world's largest, independent managed services provider of quality assurance and testing solutions. As a strategic partner, it helps brands move beyond functional testing to adopt innovations such as automation, AI, and crowd-sourced UX testing.
