BlueHalo Successful Completes the Acquisition of Citadel Defense

BlueHalo, which provides advanced engineering solutions and technology to the US security and intelligence community, acquires Citadel Defense Company

In a recent press meet, Arlington Capital Partners subsidiary BlueHalo, a global leader in providing advanced engineering solutions and technology to the US security and intelligence community, has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Citadel Defense Company.  With this acquisition, Citadel's robust AI-powered counter-drone solutions will also be included in the BlueHalo defense solutions.

Citadel primarily develops advanced counter unmanned aerial systems ("cUAS") technology used by the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community and by civilian, commercial, and international markets. Whereas, BlueHalo has vast experience in diverse defense areas such as directed energy, cUAS, space technology, advanced RF, and cyber & SIGINT.

The unique combination of Citadel and BlueHalo will enable both the firms to gain deep insights into various defense technologies, including deep mission intimacy and systematic approach, which will, in turn, accelerate the roadmap and allow them to rapidly enhance field technologies that are critical for the defense organizations. It will also enable both the firms to expand their capabilities and resources to achieve greater mission impact.
