Microsoft believes that this technology will have the true potential to unlock a new future, especially for the frontline workers.

It is reported that over two billion frontline workers represent almost 80 percent of the world workforce, and most of the companies in recent times are investing in digital tools and technologies to support frontline workers to improve job performance and enhance workplace culture and communication. Microsoft has seen about 400 percent growth in its Teams collaboration platform among frontline workers since March 2020.

Keeping these things in mind, Microsoft is deepening its strategic relationship with companies like Zebra Technologies Corp., a global leader in innovative digital solutions. Microsoft is also improving the Viva Connections app in Microsoft Teams to help frontline workers. These integrations with various strategic partners will help Microsoft access crucial HR resources and tasks, like payroll, time off, and expense reporting, all working towards empowering frontline workers.
