Nokia to Launch a New Software-as-a-Service Services in Analytics and Security
The Silicon Review
21 Febuary, 2022

Nokia announced that it is launching two new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) services in the areas of security and analytics

In a recent press meet, Nokia has announced that it is launching two new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) services in security and analytics. This will provide the company with the required strategy to provide communication service providers (CSPs) and enterprises with a more flexible and cost-effective way of serving their customers. It also eases the operation and monetization of their networks, as advanced 5G services are rolled out.

These new services will help CSPs and enterprises enhance the time to value their services offered by switching to a more agile model based on software consumed purely based on demand through a subscription and away from customized software run on costly, complex, on-premise infrastructure. It will also improve customer experience and drive new sources of revenue.

As its SaaS product roadmap evolves, Nokia aims to leverage essential capabilities through open-source application programming interfaces (APIs), which can be easily operated across many hyperscale platforms. This, in turn, will create a multi-vendor SaaS delivery framework. It strengthens Nokia's partnerships with leading cloud providers and its ongoing investments in cloud-based software and other technologies.
