Arcadia Cold, a popular name in the cloud storage segment has recently made an announcement that it will soon be developing a new cold storage network in the US. Arcadia Cold specializes in delivering high-quality third-party cold chain services focused on storage, handling, value-addition, and distribution to the F&B segment with a proven expert team that has over 100 years of combined industry experience. Arcadia Cold has now formed a strategic partnership with Saxum Real Estate for strategic development. Saxum is the real estate developer and investor for Arcadia’s greenfield facilities. Saxum has now made itself a preeminent developer and investor of cold storage across the country, and as of now, it has more than $1bn in cold storage facilities across the country.

Arcadia’s first three locations are Atlanta, GA, South Ft. Worth, TX, and Hazleton, PA. The operations of the mentioned facility are slated to start by the 3q 2023. The supply chain infra of the US is now plagued with legacy systems and more labor-intensive assets.
