Adidas opens its first Terrex store in Canada

Adidas Terrex is the company's outdoor brand, and its main goal is to make outdoor activities more accessible and open to more people.

The first-ever Terrex store by sportswear manufacturer Adidas has opened in Kitsilano, Vancouver's outdoor district. Through gear that encourages outdoor adventure for outdoor sports like climbing, trail running, mountain biking, skiing, and other outdoor activities, Adidas Terrex, the company's outdoor-specific brand, primarily seeks to provide more accessibility and inclusivity in nature.

With Vancouver outdoor lovers in mind, the new Terrex store at 2235 West 4th Avenue in Vancouver provides consumers clothing, accessories, and footwear from the full Terrex line. Favorite products include the Agravic trail collection, Xploric outerwear, and Terrex Free Hiker. Lesley Hawkins, vice president of retail at Adidas Canada stated, "We are excited to bring the Terrex store to Vancouver and Canada. As a brand attuned to the harsh conditions of the outdoors, we couldn't think of a region better suited than Vancouver to start our journey."

Customers can learn from in-house gear fitters, test new products, and connect before or after their outdoor experiences at the store, which was designed with an immersive experience in mind. It has a footwear wall with a digital screen showcasing the best Terrex products, an immersive canopy with live plants, and textured pebble flooring for testing.
