With Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Copilot, businesses can now provide their workforce with the necessary AI technologies

Throughout several industries, artificial intelligence is bringing about profound changes. The globe is quickly observing a variety of prospects with AI in various areas following the debut of OpenAI's AI chatbot ChatGPT. Microsoft has integrated the chatbot famed for its human-like responses into its products including the search engine Bing and the web browser Edge. Microsoft has previously invested billions of dollars in OpenAI. The US-based tech giant has made it clear on a number of occasions that it will be incorporating more AI-backed technologies into its products.

Microsoft appears to be shifting its attention to enterprise technology now that it has incorporated AI-backed technologies into its consumer products like Bing, Edge, and Teams. As the first AI copilot for the customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) sectors, the business has introduced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot.

Microsoft referenced a recent survey that said nine out of ten workers intended to adopt AI technologies to eliminate repetitive chores in their employment in its blog post unveiling the new copilot. The multi-national tech company asserts that thanks to Dynamics 365 Copilot, businesses can now equip their staff with enough AI tools to support them in roles related to sales, marketing, operations, supply chain management, and marketing.
