Alongside McCormick, five additional advisors, each expert in SaaS and/or technology from domestic and international spheres, join the team

DNX Ventures, represented in Japan by Akira Kurabayashi, a venture capital firm operating out of Silicon Valley and Tokyo, announces the successful closure of $122M for Japan Fund IV and $55M for Japan Annex Fund III, focused on follow-on investments. Together with the Japan Seed Fund, which concluded funding two years ago, the total capital dedicated to Japan-focused funds amounts to around 36.5 billion yen (~$263 million USD). This expansion enables DNX Ventures to support startups across all stages, particularly in Japan and potentially in select ventures in broader Asia. Additionally, DNX intends to introduce new Funds for investment in the U.S. and other regions.

DNX expresses gratitude to its investors, comprising diverse domestic and international institutional investors, financial institutions, and both returning and new supporters. Noteworthy contributions come from global investors such as Morgan Stanley Investment Management Private Equity Solutions and Atinum Investment, among others. DNX pledges to deliver exceptional financial returns by backing outstanding founders driving high-growth ventures that contribute positively to society. In conjunction with the launch of DNX Fund IV, Peter McCormick joins the advisory team, leveraging his extensive experience in the B2B SaaS sector. Co-founder of Exact Target in 2000, McCormick held various roles spanning corporate development, global operations, partner development, services, product management, and marketing.
