In her new role, Kim and her team will collaborate closely with Ahold Delhaize USA's brands to offer legal guidance, along with other services including public affairs, risk management, food safety, and compliance. Kim previously served as Senior Vice President of the Business Integrity Group for Retail Business Services, a former Ahold Delhaize USA services company, where she led various teams across multiple locations.

With 22 years of experience within Ahold Delhaize USA companies, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge in the grocery retail sector and has been recognized with Progressive Grocer's Top Women in Grocery award for senior-level executives. Prior to joining Ahold Delhaize USA, Kim spent seven years in private practice and began her career as a judicial clerk to Justice Louis B. Meyers of the North Carolina Supreme Court.
