Celebrating Earth Day, Chunghwa Telecom Group (CHT) debuted its corporate sustainability video on the 22nd of April. The video featured Chunghwa Telecom Group Chairman Kuo Shui-Yi and Tai Tzu-Ying, a Taiwanese badminton ace and Chunghwa Telecom's Sustainable Development Ambassador. The video showcased the group's commitments to sustainability, aligning with Tai's athletic spirit. In a trilogy of videos, Chairman Kuo Shui-Yi, alongside President Lin Ivan and representatives from 26 subsidiary companies and strategy partners, pledged to create and develop a sustainable ecosystem. This demonstrated the group's firm commitments to driving net-zero emissions and safeguarding the planet through collective actions.

Collaborating companies included Honghwa International Co., Ltd., Senao International Co., Ltd., CHIEF Telecom Inc., and others. Chairman Kuo emphasized the importance of coexistence between humans and the environment, promoting the concept of "Gung Ho" (common good) with Tai Tzu-Ying's popularity. Through touching stories, he urged everyone to join the movement towards a sustainable net-zero. Furthermore, Chunghwa Telecom aims to facilitate digital transformation across industries by collaborating with global ecosystem partners. It focused on seven cutting-edge technologies to power intelligent applications and expand into international markets.
