The company, led by CEO Hojeong Lee, unveiled its latest endeavor with the inauguration of 'PhnyX Lab,' the flagship AI technology development arm. The official launch took place at the Rosewood Sandhill Hotel in Silicon Valley, California, USA, on April 23. With a visionary mission to "usher in the Civilization of Humanity through the Democracy of AI," PhnyX Lab aims to harness and internalize SK Networks' AI capabilities. Positioned as an AI-centric enterprise, the organization is fueled by a team of four highly skilled local experts with extensive experience in spearheading AI projects.

Comprising researchers from Stanford University along with master's and bachelor's degree students, the team is poised to drive AI product development and innovative solutions through collaborative efforts with SK Networks and its subsidiaries. During his business trip to the U.S., President Choi marked the launch of PhnyX Lab and engaged in discussions with leading AI technology firms. Accompanied by executives from SK Networks and SK Magic, Choi convened with local partners to explore new business and investment collaboration opportunities, laying the groundwork for future discussions.
