Little Words Project, a jewelry firm, is at a turning point in its growth trajectory and is looking to Oracle NetSuite to assist in building its retail business.

Started in 2013, the company is famous for its signature word bracelets and retails through Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, and Target as well as maintaining more than a dozen storefronts. With the integrated business system of the company, Oracle NetSuite reported that the "Little Words Project has improved visibility into the business, optimized inventory, and scaled operations efficiently to support 10 times business growth."

To become more efficient as the business expanded, the jewelry company needed to transcend its initial business practices that had served it well initially. In the words of Bill Carrig, president of Little Words Project, Carrig asserts that NetSuite provided "a single source of truth across the entire business," with real-time access to data regarding the business's operations, inventories, and finances. "It has helped us gain insights to inform future growth decisions and rapidly expand the Little Words Project community," Carrig stated. Little Words Project was able to scale its operations in the face of its rapid development thanks in large part to its cooperation with Oracle NetSuite.

Little Words Project saw the need to update its disjointed business systems in order to support its continuous product expansion, continue increasing its retail, e-commerce, and wholesale activities, and lessen its dependency on manual processes. Decision-making was being slowed down, inefficiencies were being created, and company visibility was being restricted by these antiquated systems.
