Q. Is it important to break the myopic view to remain unbiased and stay focused on objectives?

As a consulting firm that exclusively serves the public sector, it is even more important that we provide our clients with unbiased consulting services. Recommending tools, software, and direction is based on what’s best for the client, given their unique needs and individual situations. Cambria does not provide cookie-cutter approaches or recommendations. We always tailor our services to the client’s needs using a distinctively personal approach we’ve coined as HumanGenuity^® - ingenuity with a human touch producing meaningful change.

Q. How do you contribute to multiplying productivity/profits?

We have a laser focus on what we do well and drive to pursue those opportunities. We don’t try to be all things to all clients. We are selective, based on our experience and proven successes. Clients hire us the first time for our competencies; they do repeat business with us because of our working style and ability to generate results. Reasons behind multiplying productivity and profits include:
