We dedicate over 200 hours to onboarding without charging additional fees, which saves our clients approximately $30,000. During this time, we document the client’s entire IT environment—systems, applications, and security posture—and develop a tailored IT Roadmap to guide future projects and initiatives. This process not only facilitates a smooth transition but also sets the foundation for a strategic partnership focused on long-term IT success.

Our SOC 2 Type 2 Certification and HIPAA compliance place Parachute in a distinguished category—fewer than 5% of MSPs globally have achieved this. In a largely unregulated industry, this certification signals to our clients that we’re committed to the highest standards in data security, privacy, and confidentiality, verified by independent audits. Given that MSPs are frequent cyberattack targets—compromising one could potentially expose an entire client network—our SOC 2 Type 2 status offers our clients reassurance. It means we have robust processes and controls in place to prevent breaches, protecting their sensitive information and keeping their operations secure.

Additionally, these certifications enable us to provide compliance consulting, guiding clients through complex regulatory requirements. One example of a client that significantly benefited from Parachute’s services is Clarity Consultants, which faced a critical challenge when a major client required ISO 27001 compliance within a tight 8-month timeframe. Parachute stepped in, performing a gap analysis, creating a compliance roadmap, and rolling out advanced security solutions like SIEM and Vulnerability Management. Parachute’s hands-on approach helped Clarity meet the deadline, retain a valuable Fortune 500 client, and unlock millions in future revenue. Additionally, we are looking to enhance client connections through more in-person events.
