Q. What was the motivation behind starting One World LED USA?
One World LED USA began with the opportunity to bring innovation and technological advancements made in the international LED industry to the US market. It utilizes technology pioneered by the founder of One World LED, Schumann Rafizadeh.
Q. Can you explain about your services in brief?
We provide patented and applied technologies for LED Screens and Virtual Commerce transaction processing. Our technology ranges from digital billboards, video walls, LED film, transparent LEDs and customizable solutions to Virtual Commerce solutions.
Q. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful CEO?
The ability to clearly read the reality of the company, its strengths, and challenges. The ability to encourage and engage in consultation so that all voices are represented and heard, so that valuable learning can be gleaned from experiences of the whole company, and the ability to take on challenges and adapt to the changing needs of the organization.
