In a brief interview, the CEO of TapClassifieds Jaideep Jain talked to us about how the company is innovating in marketing and advertising and more. Read on for the excerpts from the interview.

Q. Explain your services in brief.

TapClassifieds is a SaaS marketing success platform currently focused on the automotive industry. Our platform includes:

  • Marketing automation and syndication of inventory to digital classifieds and social media sites
  • Customer engagement using a unified messaging platform to help businesses engage with their customers
  • Sales enablement tools for CRM enrichment

Gen Z and Millennials’ customer journey is evolving. TapClassifieds is leading the transition for dealerships to reach this audience via the highest engaging channels and devices. Our proprietary algorithms optimize for the lowest customer acquisition cost. We use machine learning techniques to constantly improve our algorithms.

Q. Business owners trying to compete in this highly competitive market usually find themselves facing a dilemma with their digital marketing campaign. How do you help them find the right tool that they can use and focus on?

Digital Marketing encompasses a lot of options. Each business needs to evaluate the combination that is right for them and they may need to experiment to see which platforms work better. One thing to note is that the success of these digital marketing campaigns depends on the follow through. Meaningful and timely engagement with the shopper is what helps them convert into paying customers. Our platform makes it easy for the businesses to be successful.

Q. Tell us about your ‘Marketing Automation.’ What are the factors that contribute to the engagement levels?

Marketing success depends on the clarity of the message and the targeting of the audience. If a shopper sees what they are looking for or need, they will express interest. Our marketing automation platform uses this engagement metric and automatically learns what works and what does not.

Q. How do you maintain a strong relationship with your clients?

For us, customer relationships and high customer satisfaction are what makes us successful. We have a dedicated customer success team that is willing to step in and help out with anything that our customers may need. We create a personal relationship with the customer.

Q. What is the main purpose of data analysis? How does it help the organizations in their digital marketing endeavor?

Data is what helps us learn. Our platform collects data from every step of the consumer’s journey and uses that to optimize future campaigns. This data can also be used for offline training of the sales staff.

Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?

Our customers recognize and appreciate our focus on constant innovation and providing state of the art solutions. We introduced a web chat solution, Chatter, at the beginning of this year. We are working on some very exciting new solutions especially in the areas of consumer privacy protection and sales enablement and expect to be launching these in the coming months.

Q. What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?

At TapClassifieds, we always want to innovate and provide a wider array of solutions to our customers. We are successful when our customers are successful. Over the last year, we have focused on customer engagement and now have a comprehensive suite of solutions that businesses can use in this fast changing environment. Our new focus is safeguarding consumer privacy and we are very excited about what we are working on there. We expect this to be another game changer and can’t wait to announce this soon.
